tc, you shoulda owned up to it in the first place, i don't see why kids need a cell phone in clazz. itz not like someone is going to call to re-schedule that important meeting. at least have it on vibrator / chat if you need your mommy and daddy to tell you to stay focus in school.

the teacher called you a ***** because you didn't respond when he asked, and you didn't respond when he asked because a similar situation happened previously and you thought you would be noble and own up to it right away, and the result was he treated you like crap.

it sucks, but i would tell the principal, don't even go to him, just go straight to the principal because it's the only way you can successfully seek justice. tell the principal exactly what happened, and obviously the word he called you.

You really need to stop being such a little wimp about it and go tell the principal that he insulted you. Serisouly, if the teacher ever called me a b**** or something duragative then I would tell him to suck a fat one.
