my favorite exercise is probably shoulder shrugs or dips, i dont know why, they just make me feel good :P

have a six pack eventually, its wayyy easier said then done however, going from being obese to that level of being in shape is difficult

i had a pretty strict weight loss diet last year, ended up dropping around 80 pounds

self motivation is the strongest type of motivation, i firmly believe that. having a personal trainer and that kind of stuff can help, but what happens when that person isnt there?
