Personally speaking though, if I came across a restaurant with a sign like that they would not get my business.

That's awesome, good for them! I would totally support them if I were near. To me, I absolutely think that people should know the language of America (english) if they want to truly be a part of this country. Not a big deal really, just go with the flow...
