[QUOTE="Human-after-all"]Could they even nuke South Korea without risking damaging their own country from fallout etc? Maybe if their bombs are small. Someone should accidentally make a parking lot out of NK.XileLord
This isn't specifically target at you, but to all the people who want to nuke/invade North Korea. It seems everyone forgets that their are 20 million innocent people who live their under a brutal dictator. It isn't them who are always trying to start **** with other countries, they are just trying to survive. Nuking a country just because of it's leader would only end up killing millions of innocent people. I thought the U.S. was above that.
Well to be fair many NK civilians are brainwashed into thinking the world outside of North Korea is a horrible place. If American troops started walking into North Korea then even a large majority of the civilians would be fighting back against them. These people are literally brainwashed in the worst way imaginable. Many look up to the leader as a god. Very few realize the truth of it all and even fewer have enough balls to try and escape the country.
Nuking them would put a lot of people out of there misery but I think a better more humane strategy would be to free these people and educate them with real facts about the world instead of the crap the country brainwashes them with.Well, to be fair, the U.S. does a bit of brain washing too. I don't know how many times I've heard the media say that the U.S. is "the single greatest country God put on this earth". It doesn't mean people who believe it should be nuked though :P
Really though, it's a tragedy how badly the people live their, and I think people forget that. All we ever seem to think about when we hear of North Korea is "NUKES!" and "crazy dictator". If a conflict does break out, I hope that we don't go over board and end up committing some atrocities of our own.
