I don't know whether it's the writer of that article or the writer of the bill, but someone along the line there appears to have no idea what "the Internet" is, and I find that much more irksome than this bill, which unsurprisingly comes from Lieberman, the resident Senatorial troll.

Obama and "Change". Well when's the change? 2012? So far he has done jack and well we haven't changed much. This does not surprise me, especially since there is something the public does not know of. What would be the purpose of turning the internet off? The middle east just learned to get out of the stone age, so who would invade Us?
