What skimpy clothes? Shorts? My God... how do you feel when you go to a swimming pool? She's not dancing provocatively. She's just dancing. That is not any different than what you would find at any dance studio teaching hip hop type dance. I've had a few girlfriends who were dancers and also have younger sisters who are dancers. but the simple fact is that its not exactly appropriate for a 13 year old to be dancing provactively (yes, thats appropriate, I've seen strippers do the same moves...my friend who pole dances, for exercise, does a lot of the same moves). She is gyrating her hips, and bringing attention to all the female parts of the body men are turned on by.

Obviously this part is not about how pretty her face is; its about how she is dressed and it is turning the opposite sex on. Pretty provocative considering the majority of people her age arent even able to reproduce/mature enough (mentally and physically) for sex.
