On another note about being "fat"

I'm curently overweight and have tried dieting and it was difficult I've even considered weight loss surgery. It's not that I'm extremly obese, but I need to do something about it so I'm going on nutra system and I'm going to stick to it. I can recall being thin when I was a kid I looked pretty damned good I'm still a good looking guy the real me wants to break free. I would like to be able to fit into a pair of cowboy boots and be able to wear a cowboy hat without looking like a total idiot, I'd like to go to my first Dwight Yoakam concert in style. Anyway, who else here is overweight, and do you plan on getting your weight off this year?

Follow this guide and you will be fit. I skipped the swimming and added circuit training. I made it to week 4 before I quit, but I may start up again.
