Using the term "Brainwash" is a little bit over the top. Trust me, I'm not thrilled about the whole idea either, but it's not a mass invasion. To me it seems like more of a threat. The big bad US will use these missiles if you don't chill, Syria, haha. It's good to hear differents points of view, I guess.

They're only expressing the same opinion that most Americans already share. A military fights for its people not someone else's people. The American people do not want a war. Syria is lost, both the Syrian Government and the Rebels are guilty of killing thousands of innocent civilians.

How do you that those people are actually serving military members?

On the otherhand, there seems to be an astonishing number of people who actually believe that the US is going to deploy ground forces in Syria, so I guess I can believe that there actually are military members that are this stupid.

Let me stop myself right there. If you call for WAR, there will be hell. So. I don't know what's wise. If the USA or the EU gets involved there will be mass civilian casualties for decades to come.

Maybe, more than anything, we need to hear the people of Syria. Are they willing to let it come to a war on their territory with all ruination and horror that comes with it? It's their country.

If you don't want to die in a senseless war you shouldn't join the military. Fighting wars is what the military does, especially in the US.famicommander

I had a talk with my cousin, who's in the USAF... kid is severely brainwashed. He wants us to go to war with Syria and NK. I'm glad there are soldiers who are standing for peace.

President Peace Prize needs to listen to the people and not special interest groups.

Luckily for me and a lot of other servicemen/women there's pretty much no chance of us having to do anything that actually supports either side in Syria.
