I can just picture it. He goes in for a job interview and they ask him what his skills are so he says. "Check out these sick jams, nobody rocks four buttons like I do." Then they tell him to get the **** out and take his prehistoric game console and piece of **** guitar with him.

But he shows them. He starts a Guitar Hero coverband and gigs at... at... Roller World or a laser tag arena. Maybe even Chuck E Cheese's or an arcade, but of course that implies nobody else can jam like he can, with a toy guitar.

i agree with many, if it was a real guitar he couldve at least got along in life and possibly joined a good band somewhere down the line.. but 20 years from now.. guitar hero?.... i doubt even 5% of pro sponsored wow / counterstrike/ dota / exc... players have that as their only job... ud have to be fatality to be able to make it your life...

looking at that article reminded me of how it was like when i played wow and didnt pay as much attention to school as i shouldve, except amplified by OVER 9000 times.

(Im guessing Highschool is America's College/University, so hold on a second, what's the big deal here! So he dropped out of Highschool and earned loads of money on Guitar Hero. Fantastic! Well played, he can go back and study later in life if he wants. Now he has the funding the pay his way through his education so he wouldn't have to work out any depts. Look at me! I had to leave college and never got to university as I needed to start work to earn money to live! So where's my tabloid! Not everyone gets to appreciate higher education!

Never-the-less. I would of of stayed in education giving the choice. But I don't think this is a big deal at all.
