My method is rather strange... :| I'll just say bacon and then shake my head and go on about having fantasies about bacon and wanting to be Bacon Man and then tell myself I'll never be Bacon Man... and then I just get distracted by something else and go back to work or whatever I was doing before the whole phase started. o.O
