at 6 foot 4 you should be able to dunk. anyway i'm trying to put on weight while burning it off to overall gain mass, it's a little complicated because i want to keep my abs lol
i need to gain more muscle too but I dont know how.
that's why i'm trying to eat lots while eating right and working out a lot.... i gotta start pushing myself to really follow my plan though. starting tomorrow i'm really going to start concentrating on that... i want to gain 15 pounds.
Well, How old are you? You dont want to work out to much cause you can kill your muscle. If you got a plan, then check it through with your doctor. You dont have to but it doesnt hurt.

Yea your pretty light. I was 170 when i was 16. I'm 160 now, & I'm 18.
