Aren't death threats technically illegal? Along with inciting terrorism?PannicAtack
He wasn't sending death threats, and was not inciting people to commit acts of terrorism.

I spent a whole five minutes or so making this, so damn if I'm not going to get some mileage out of it :P :

But the fact that he is an extremist and obviously has information or atleast implies he does should be enough to question him.[QUOTE="PannicAtack"]Aren't death threats technically illegal? Along with inciting terrorism?MrGeezer

Guess the devil's in the details.[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"]And we say torturing these people is immoral. bruinfan617That's because it is. ... ... No.

Took the words right out of my mouth.
I am no fan of South Park, finding it needlessly provocative and juvenile, but I feel like I have to note that Christians, Jews, Scientologists, the handicapped, gays and Barbra Streisand, among other affinity groups, have all managed to avoid giving in to the urge to launch terrorist bombing campaigns with their belief or very existence was mocked on this ridiculous show.xaosExactly. If there's an episode mocking Christianity or God in the Simpsons, I just don't watch the episode...
And if any of them successfully pull it off they will cause another hunt in the middle east, meaning even more civilian casualties (they really thought this through didn't they).

Eric Rudolph?
That white supremacist Christian terrorist? What's he got to do with South Park?Xaos said that Christians etc. haven't launched campaigns like that.

Mostly what I'm trying to say is that these extremists are total losers if they feel the need to bomb NY and kill dozens of innocent people over a cartoon that makes fun of everyone. Do they really care that much about South Park?
[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"][QUOTE="Dylan_11"]Yes. It is.PannicAtack... No it isn't? Yes it is.
You both bring up interesting points.
[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"][QUOTE="Dylan_11"]Yes. It is.PannicAtack... No it isn't? Yes it is. Great sig. I remember that thread! :) But about the topic. No. It isn't.
I actually watched a video on revolutionmuslim.com yesterday. OMG they just make up bs to get people to join. They said the US was #1 country in the world in rate of rape, murder, incest, alcholism, drug use, homosexuality, prostitution, and violence towards women. **** liars.
It also really pissed me off when he said 9/11 attacks were a good thing. I freaking hate that site.
[QUOTE="Franklinstein"][QUOTE="xTheExploited"]Extremists have got to be the most pathetic people in the world.th3warr1orIn some ways I feel bad for them, because their minds are so skewed. It, however, does not make me sympathetic to their causes, I'm much more likely to research and practice the Islamic faith by peaceful means than by people using terror and fear tactics. That kind of image is only negative. They don't care. They think if you don't give in you don't deserve to live. Oh, I know. It's sad that these people are so close minded. I was sitting down one day and trying to figure out the political reasons for what they are doing, and the only thing that I can come up with that makes logical sense is this: The people who at the top(above the paygrade of "blowing yourself up", in other words, upper management, probably don't even believe these things. They just took the Koran and twisted it into an extreme idea as a tool in order to gain power. The upper management of these terrorist groups will never be strapped to a bomb, it really makes me wonder why these thoughts never went through the minds of the lower echelons. If it were me and they said, "Here strap yourself to this bomb and you will get riches and pleasure in heaven with Allah", I would say, "Well why haven't you done this yet then?". This is all extremely speculative, but I cannot see any other reason why they would be doing this, no one benefits from everyone dying.
[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"][QUOTE="Dylan_11"]So you feel that torturing American soldiers fighting in Iraq also would not be immoral? Dylan_11Why not? I don't see a problem. If there is one, point it out.So you also agree with murder? Depends.
the entire city is looking for him and this other suspect who planted the fail bomb.We should call Jack Baurer... he could fix this in 24hs

[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"][QUOTE="Dylan_11"]So you feel that torturing American soldiers fighting in Iraq also would not be immoral? FranklinsteinWhy not? I don't see a problem. If there is one, point it out. Well, I happen to believe in the Constitution, and the whole idea of what the Federalist Papers was trying to get across. Tell that to the people banning gun ownership.
[QUOTE="BattleTurtles"][QUOTE="Dylan_11"]So you also agree with murder?Dylan_11Depends.Thank you for clearing that up. I see arguing with you would be a waste of my time. Where do you live if you don't mind me asking? I would like to sleep easy knowing my friends and family are safe. New Jersey? I don't see the problem with murder as long as the victim was a bad person that did nothing to help society. Maybe I don't think a life is as important as you do.
Let them try, they will only regret it when we hunt them all down like the rats they are.l4dak47hunt down? The majority of em blow themselves up.
