"women belong in the kitchen" where did thaat ideology come from?

ok, i was posting on gamefaqs (probably a big mistkae right there) and when i ask a qustion or comment or anything, sometimes people respond with insulting things, one of which is like 'women belong in the kitchen' and that i should always be in the kitchenwhere did that stuipd ideology originate from? that is so wrong, ugh; this is a dumb way of thinking, absurdi find that a bit insulting that they would think i have to always be in the kitchen seriouslywhere did this trend orginate?

That's actually not true. There's archealogical evidence to suggest that females hunted along with males in hunter gatherer societies.

In many homes, the kitchen table is the sturdiest in the house. Were there to be an air raid or earthquake, I know I would want the special person in my life to be able to use said table as a shield at a moment's notice.
