Roll Call: Oktober Fest Edition

I hate foreign teachers/teaching assistants. I had an Indian woman for one of my math classes here and was so hard to understand what she was talking about, I stopped going to class and taught myself. Passed with an A of course but a lot of people flunked the class. We have a lot of foreign teaching assistants so labs here are terrible mainly because you can't understand a single thing they say. Its just not for one or two labs but for all the labs which include basic/advanced bio, chemistry, organic chem, physics, ecology, etc... I hate going to a top 25 research school as we get a lot of oversea graduate students teaching labs.ExoticAnimal

TBH, yes, on default it runs well, but maxed out the PC struggles because of the game, plus I had to use a config to get it to run properly, and:

Gets below 30FPS at times when 2 460s are at 70+ usage, which makes no sense, should be the other way around. That's a maxed out pic, lol. Game requires a beefy cpu even though it should be more than enough to max it, hell, the cpu is overclocked BTW. I played games that look and ran better like Crysis, Metro 2033 and Just Cause 2.

Been eyein' that thermaltake frio for a bit, but I doubt I'll ever spend that much on a cooler.

I already have a aftermarket cpu cooler and it's much better than stock. Highest I can get the cpu to being stable is 3.6ghz(stock is 3.1ghz and isn't a great overclocker) and it still isn't that big of an improvement. I guess it's the cpu but more so the stupid game for being so poorly optimized. I will get a new cpu soon.

It's just so funny that this game is hard to run maxed out and is nowhere near the better graphically advanced games that also run better.

You could get a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus which is less than 30 bucks and is amazing.

Well i come from a tropical country where Electric / AC bill skyrockets during summer . Me and my dad have a hard time paying bills for electricity alone during those summer months :(
