Hmm okay I'm not too sure about what too feel about this one. Heres my thoughts on the matter.

dhyceis right to say that as we have no idea what this younggirl was going through we also cannot say that she was wrong to get a sex change asit is in no way justified to stop a person from helping themselves. However dhyce you cannot say that everyone on this board who has said "holy crap that is disgusting" is disgusting themselves for thinking like that. Just as the young girl has a right to live a certain way so too does everybody here have a right to disapprove of it. They must tolerate it but they by no means have to like it. My only concerns in this particular case is her age and the way that she could impact others around her. She's a model right and as a model she will undoubtedly be used to sell products to the public. Advertising uses sex to sell their products and as such the majority of the demographic would be heterosexual males. Isn't it kind of like false advertising to sell a heterosexual image of a product with something that not everyone would consider a woman. Now I realise they're selling cars or fast food or whatever not actual sex with the girl but when you're buying the product you're also buying the image that's attached to it. Say you buy a sports car because according to the advertisement it implys that you like to hang out with hot bikini clad models (this is the rationale behind ad's that sell sex) but in reality it is implying that you hang out with transvestites. Is that not fraudulent at some level? It would almost beas if you hired a hooker on the premise of heterosexual sex but found out afterwards that she used to be a boy!

What are your thoughts on this conundrum dhyce and everybody else? Am I way off track?
