Okay, so here is the laydown. I've tried every other way, but I'm just not loosing weight. Here are the facts:
- I am 14 years of age
- Male
- BMI (Body Mass Index) of 38.6
- Height: 5'5"
- Weight: 232 pounds
- Slow Metabolism
- History Of Diabetes in the family
I really don't want to change my lifestyle too much to be healthy, but I don't want to do too little either. Here's what I'm willing to do:
- Changing diet (no excessive amounts of sugar, sweets, etc)
- Eating in small portions every day
Here are things I can't do:
- Excessive exercises
- Not eating for days
- Get a gym membership (can't afford it)
Mind you, I'm still in school, so limiting my diet to limited things isn't a very good idea. (Example: Just water and a piece of fruit everyday. I need more than that to get me and my brain going everyday.)
Anyway to work out my problem slowly without starving myself for days or working out 4 hours a day? It would be fantastic if I could reach 180-190 lbs. by next summer.
Thanks OT!
