You've got to tell her! I was in the same exact position! This girl... she's so amazing and she ended up being one of my best friends. I had always liked her, and I knew that I had to tell her. So finally, I did.

OK man...I'll give you some advice.

Ask her out..you have nothing to lose if she says no. Be a man and just ask her - because it might be too late. Just make sure you are not shaking and talk to her one on one, just ask if she wants to see a movie. Just tell your friends that you need to speak one on one - if they are true friends, they won't laugh and respect your decision.

If she says yes, just say sweet and ask her for her AIM/MSN whatever.. Later that night, talk to her about stuff on msn, stuff at school, work, sport etc etc...Just act cool and dont try to be who you are not.

If she says no, dont pretend that you are not dissapointed. Dont run away, just say 'sure, thats fine. Cya around!'....and thats it.
