Well if I was in that situation, I would probably say:

Hey *Girl's Name*, we've been friends for a while and well I seem to like you more than a friend.

That is just an idea, you have to elaborate more.

Just tell her you have something important to say to her, and wait for the rigth time to tell her. You won't want people around you hearing it. Sit down, make her confortable, all those things. Then BAM, tell it right on her face. Tell her she can't deny it.

Then BAM, take her to your room! :P
