you will need ImageReady, go to "image" then "image size" ensure you have constrained proportions.

8/10 nice sig, but do you want to add a border? It could use one (maybe 1-3 px). The render is kind of plain, but clear enough. The BG is very boring and could use some brush strokes (with a flame brush). Either that or overlay a c4d with a fiery type color/pattern

8/10 - simple, effective I would suggest adding a drop shadow to make it more realistic. I have never seen that kind of sig before neat idea (I know what the ribbons mean since I have served over 10 years in the US Army)
