You answered 100% of questions correctly.

Copied and pasted right from the site after I took the test.

I got 30%. But I don't live in the US and don't really care much about any of that stuff. I find it interesting how many answers are repeated throughout the test - dates and numbers, and they crosstalk with some of the questions, too (usually not their own). It reminds me of the multiple choice tests designed by some of my most annoying profs, where they'd purposely cloud and confuse the answers by making you think they applied everywhere.

You answered 90% of questions correctly. Oh yeah!!! :D Here's your rating: 0-20%: Maybe you're still thinking too much about the Old Country. 25-40%: Mmmm. Do you really want to be a citizen? This kind of performance isn't going to impress those nice immigration folks. 45-60%: Not too bad, but you really need to break out the civics books again -- word is, the INS is looking for an 80 percent score. 65-80%: Hey, you may make a good citizen yet! Look at your wrong answers and a little revision should do the trick. 85-100%: Welcome to the United States! (And, truth be told, you know more about this great land than most Americans.)

CBC Becoming Canadian: Canada Quiz Results You scored 17 out of 20.
Congratulations! You passed the test.

Got docked on who has a right to apply for a passport, the mountain ranges question(Coast mountains?! Come on. They're extended from the Appalachians! At least use the name of the range), and the amount of electoral districts in Canada. *shrug*

And of course the Queen is head of the state. :P Although the only reason I know that is because my high school history teacher joked about it all the time.

Okay, I must have got a different test than you.D: Because there was no mountain range question on mine. I have tried to argue a certain point with my history teacher last year and law teacher this year about the Queen, but I don't think it would be nice to get people heated.

I opened the quiz up again and it asked me different questions. I think it randomly selects questions for the quiz. Pretty smart of them to do that.

95% (I am from the U.S.). I missed the question about the form to become a naturalized citizen, lol. By the way, Question 14 is a bad question. The president appoints Supreme Court justices, but the Senate must approve them, so either answer is technically correct.

60%. The detailed questions on the constitution screwed me (not that surprising, being British). I don't see why knowing the answers to any of those would make you a good citizen though.

I got a score of 95%. I only got question #19 wrong.. how could I possibly know the answer to that one....

19. What INS form is used to apply to become a naturalized citizen?

...

Stevo_the_gamer
I used context -- "naturalized citizen" ... hmm, I guess the best option would be the "naturalization form". :P

I though they were trying to trick me with those answers... guess not.

I got a 95, but I'm in AP US History right now. They should make U.S. citizens pass a test like this to be eligible to vote, cause I'm tired of having people vote who don't know anything about how their own government works >.>
