If she doesn't remember you then I would just drop it. It is going to come off very creepy if you go any further with it imo. I would be very disturbed if I got any sort of facebook request from a customer I interact with only at work.

TC, you should ALWAYS include a short message to anyone you send a request to. Either reminding them who you are if they know you, or telling them why you think you should be friends if they don't. That's my rule, and I haven't been rejected yet. I also will often turn down girls who send me blind requests, or write them asking who they are and why are they writing me. So I totally understand why a girl would.

Dude, whatever "chance" you had with this girl, you blew 3-5 months ago. When some girl gives you a sign and smiles at you you don't wait 5 months, track her down online and tell her you think she's got a nice tush and you'd like to get acquainted with it. This stuff you have to act pretty quickly with or it just becomes weird... like now.
I have failed miserably.. But I won't accept this as a defeat... No HARA KIRI yet... I must not dishonor my family! I will take this as a lesson learned, but it is a huge shame though.
