So, what do you do when you see a brand, new 'Terms of Use Violation' message?

I laugh because i didn't do anything really offensive.

Think "Ohh wow. What did I do this time." Read it, laugh when I remember it, then delete it.

I go to the window, open it, and stick my head out and yell: "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not gonna take this anymore!"

I've gotten like 2 so far,and each time I said "this is stupid".The reasons actually were stupid.

Irraitated sense its usually a GamdFaqs reason, and no one over there gives me an ansewer.

Normally I just WTF and move on, but I take some to ask the mods, in which I get some silly explaination that makes me want to punch something.

I wonder if anyone was actually offended or whether they thought, hmm, by GS's standards, this might be offensive to our hypothetical, cave-dwelling thirteen year old.SolidSnake35

Thats what I think too. Does gamespot feel that since I called someone a hypocrite, they will go home and cry to their parents?

I normally wonder what kid would even bother reporting a post on a forum, one that's not even really offensive. I only know of 1 person for sure who reported me and he is well... nvm might get reported for even saying that lol

I haven't been modded all that much, but I don't like it. When I see one of those messages in my inbox, I can usually be sure that whatever action was taken was excessive. I wish the mods would be less of a factor on this website. It feels like their presence is always there when it doesn't need to be, and often not there to intervene when it should be. That's just my opinion.

LOL.. I have an issue calling out the Almighty creator. I don't have an issue calling out other human beings who are in charge of regulating things.

i look at it and *Facepalm* then open it up and see what i did, one moderation was so bad i lost a whole level, ever since they changed TOS i've gotten alot more violations and moderations

I usually get mine for censoring one letter in an 'offensive' word instead of all of it.

I only had one about 4 years ago. I remember looking at it, looking at the reason and then thinking "gee, that could have been a whole lot worse".
