If they didn't know I was there I would probably just call the cops. I don't think I would fight back to be honest, you don't know if they've got a gun or not.

it happen to me once, thiefs are very scared so when they see you, they will just run away i once caught a thief at my grandparents house, i thought it was a bat or something so i brought a broom, turned out it was a guy trying to escape from the window after he heard me coming i just stood there as he ran like hell empty handed
I sleep with a .40 cal pistol right next to my bed. I would immediately try and unload on the idiot or idiots. Making sure he/she doesn't survive to make it out the door, don't want to sued you know...
I'll roll across the hall out of my bedroom going all pew' pew'. He'll be all like "naw dude I'm just taking your possessions" then I'll say it's scum like you that make me cry at night pew' pew'. At which point he will put his arm around me, comforting me and then tell me that I won't have to cry any more.

After they find out you would compromise and give them free stuff is when they call their buddies up and tell them, "Hey I found this wuss that gives me free stuff if you come in his home." If you compromise, in the way you put it, your opening yourself up to a whole world of hurt. Now if you want to compromise by saying get out or I'll F'n shoot you in the head then go ahead.
Same thing I did when it happened before: Shoot em.
In this state I have that right (Castle Doctrine) and I don't have to retreat. If you're illegally in my house and I see you, you're going to be huritng/dieing AND getting sued for whatever damage you/your blood causes.
I avoid stepping on insects when I walk, because I don't want to kill anything uneccesarrily. But when it comes to people who will break and enter and feel they have a right to my stuff, I won't lose any sleep over whatever happens to them.
And yes, my stuff > their lives, becuase I won't miss them but I will miss my stuff.
I would ask them why they are stealing my stuff, then try to sort out their problems and make a peaceful resolution. If they don't cooperate with my offer for helpo and guidance, I'll then just go to Plan B: bash their effin face in.

A human life is never worth a possetion even if that human being is a bottom feeding scum sucker of sociaty. I personally would knock him or her out (being that i am all about equal rights for woman and treat them equally), and hog tie them with zip ties, duck tape them to the nearest light post making sure they are well gagged, and finally call the police 3 to 4 hours later. Also making sure I take plenty of photos and post them to every popular web sharing site. Everyone is intitled to their 15 min of fame.kandoriasu2

Well, once a thief enters my place..he should know the fact that he is dancing with the devil. What if I was the One who got killed? or my family got killed or raped....I wont forget that moment too.

Yep. My uncle had one similiar, and I had one when I lived there. I live in the city now so it isnt the same but.. I forgot his but it was quite direct =)
