Yikes. Well she'll be looking at a long sentence and the parents, I dunno if the Child services will come knockin on their door but it wouldn't surprise me and it'd be well deserved.
@themajormayor: yes we are allowed up to 4 as long as the conditions (Phsyicaly, Mentally Financialy etc) are met, your point?
But women are not. So why is this not hypocritical? I support it though. But then how is it hypocritical that this issue is treated differently based on gender?
@PSP107: True. Although I still believe it's really about the age. And the reason why if the teacher was a guy he could've got to a lot more trouble is because of the "gender equality" perception.
LOL you guys take sex way too seriously, having sex is part of our nature, nothing more/less.
Yes it its. But it's too early for the kid to get exposed to it. Clearly what you've experienced, as what you've said earlier in this post that you also had it with a teacher, has affected your opinion about sex.
I believe that sex should only be done by two people who are genuinely in love. And the 13-year old might haven't really loved the teacher. He might have done it just because of pleasure or for bragging rights, and it's not enough reason to have sex. These are just "might's" but considering the kid's age, even if he felt attraction towards the teacher, it may not be serious. Sex is a mean of giving life through childbirth, thus it should be taken more seriously.
I apologize if I'm being annoying, but cases like these shouldn't be something we just accept in our community.
Why is it a problem? Who cares about his age. He's a he. We should congratulate him.
I don't understand how you're okay with this and that we should congratulate the child, but I will no longer argue with you 'cuz it's very tiring lol and I reckon I can no longer change your mind so I'll be just wasting my time.
@theseventhcenturion: "He might have done it just because of pleasure or for bragging rights, and it's not enough reason to have sex."
I think the teacher pressured him into it.
"I don't understand how you're okay with this and that we should congratulate the child,"
I think he what they call "trolling" =(
@Master_Live:
Morality only.
The relationship and sexual activity all depends are the people who directly affected. If they are happy without abuse and without favoritism, it is not my call. There is no line from my end. Age is but a number.
Killing the fetus is wrong. That violates morality because of the killing.
So are you a proponent of moral relativism?
The parents knew about it wow no wonder their kid is messed up. No responsibility on any level disgusting.
13 year old me is perfectly fine with this. I think I hit puberty around 12, saw my first porn around then so I got a really bad sense of what sex was...so yeah, I approve! :D
Funny because if you go to the link provided to her facebook, there is a really young looking guy in some of the photos with what looks to be a very poor attempt at a mustache and goatee; I'm wondering if that is the kid. Some guys mature very very young physically so it would not be unrealistic, but not surprising, for the kid to maybe look a bit older than he is.
Only screwed up thing here is the parents' reaction lol.
Seriously though, provided it was consensual, I don't think cases like this are as damaging as people might think. I mean yeah kids are still growing, especially mentally, but sex is just sex and provided it's not rape or some sort of mind game where the older person coerces them, not a big deal imo.
It is probably only "damaging" because society dictates that these "victims” should be deeply damaged. If they don't act like they're damaged, people might be "outraged", even as "victims" you have to play by the rules o(^▽^)o
Yeah.... we should probably stop having recent college grads and teachers in their 20s teaching high school students. Not saying this will stop these types of cases but damn,
Wow! As hot as she is I don't understand why she would have a hard time finding a guy in her age group to mess around with. She probably like preying on the innocence of the young in which case they should throw the book at her like they would any male pedophile/sex offender...
Well she'll be looking at a long sentence ...
Actually, she'll probably get a judicial "tap on the wrist", such as a few years of probation or a few hundred hours of community service.
Meanwhile, actor Mark Salling faces up to twenty years' imprisonment for each of two indictments for possessing illegal pornography. He could spend much of the rest of his life behind bars.
And I'd wager good money that, even though he merely possessed some unseemly pictures that the law forbids while she had full and frequent sexual contact with a child, he will ultimately suffer far more than she will.
