[QUOTE="swizz-the-gamer"]Never done something stupid in your life? we are both fortunate that our stupid things did not result in our deaths. He is not.swizz-the-gamer

Stupid things; breaking a window and bleeding badly, almost getting hit by a car because of an "i can avoid this" thought.

Extremely stupid things; scaling two, not one, two, six-foot walls to retrieve a hat that is within touching distance of a coaster track with a moving coaster on it.

What if I smashed a window and bled to death? Do I deserve to be laughed at on a forum?

yes

The things that happen at amusement parks :?.

Lets see... There was that guy who got hit by the monorail at Disneyland, trying to get into the park for free :|. Then I believe two other people were killed on the People Mover at Disneyland...trying to move inbetween the two carts . And now this?

Sad really, these places are meant to be fun, and stupidity can really ruin someones trip or their view of the park. Imagine if you were in the front of that ride and saw exactly what happened? Your trip would be ruined, and I wouldn't blame you if you didn't go back to the park again.

I actually read about this earlier and I sort of regret it because this threads title would have had me rolling on the floor at the thought of the Dark Knight decapitating some tween

"The youth reportedly climbed over 2 fences and was hit by Batman ride"

Well, they should have seen that coming.

By reading that article, he didn't sound like a very smart kid. Going into a restricted area and ignoring signs that said the place was dangerous. I feel sorry for his parents, but not really for him.

not really,if he fell off teh ride, that would be sad,if he was decapitated by a peice of scrap metal; in a freak accident, that would be sad,but no he basically put his own self in danger and dies. Darwinism at its best.

I can sosee this being turned into a movie.

*shot of sky, camera pans out and down to a city*

Morgan Freeman (through voiceover): This is the story of a boy and his hat . . .

We need to get Peter Jackson on board so that he can really capture the visuals. I'm thinking at the very end, the head rolls across the ground and lands in the hat. Beatiful.

lol, good question. maybe it was the hat his grandma gave him on her death bed...in that case it would make sense that he went to get it despite all the warnings of danger. Or maybe it was a delux hat the cost hundreds of thousands. Or maybe the kid was just a douche :P we'll never know :P

I'd certainly inform someone about my hat being there and they would probably go fetch it at some point. That was a silly move on his part.
