My guess is that if your avatar is still up but it says you are banned. It is a glitch.

If your avatar was reverted to the GS Logo then you were banned permanately.

I will try to get this confirmed and look into this. There must be a reason.

Every perma-banned user I know has the GS Logo as there avy.

This isn't over. We can try and see what his recent activity was. :idea:

Was he in any unions? If so then the union leader can check all his member's Posting History.

This way he can truly see if it was out-of-character or intentional. Obviously the actual action was editted or deleted so you won't be able to see that one. But you can see previous actions or later actions that may help solve this mystery.

It may be invasive but it gets more done than Blaming teh mods. ;)
