Is anyone here excited for The Amazing Spiderman, which will be released on July 3rd? Initially, I wasn't very excited about it, but the latest trailer makes it look really good, better than the first Spiderman and Spiderman 3. However, I'm not sure if it will be as good as Spiderman 2, which is one of the best superhero films ever made. Anyhow, watch the trailer (if you haven't) and give your opinion. What I like are the following:Spidey seems more humorous and sarcastic when fighting crime, as he is in the comics.Spidey has mechanical web-shooters, instead of organic ones, which is true to the comics.The film doesn't seem like it'll be campy, unlike the previous ones.The story doesn't look like a convoluted mess like Spiderman 3.
