Your opinion is horrible, it is universally regarded as one of the best superhero movies ever made. Like every thing else on these forums, its probley "cool" to act like you dont like this movie
Universally regarded? It has a lower Metacritic than Spider-Man, Spider-Man 2, Iron Man, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, Hellboy, Hellboy II, Superman, Superman II, and Superman Returns.
Don't get all bent out of shape. The movie is getting good reviews.

All the more reason not to take Metacritic scores seriously.
Have to agree with this. The only thing I guess this film lacked was that the bad guy didnt feel powerful or threatening, however the film I thought was perfection next to that. Reference to the dark night, I would say its as good as the dark night depending on your preference. I can not take batman seriously because of his ridiculas voice and his costume is a bit... awkward. However the dark night has the better villian.
