I read the entire article. It reveals the plot of the ENTIRE movie. It's good. Really good. You might be thinking that I just ruined the movie for myself, but I didn't. I read spoilers for Avengers and Prometheus before I saw them in theaters, and I still enjoyed them both very much (I saw each of them multiple times). As for TDKR, assuming that the spoilers in the article are real, then I must say that something very, very, very sad happens. Damn.

I have already seen that and won't believe it all until I see it, also, it still lacks a ton of story even going by all the trailers we saw. Heck some users who had put spoilers in this thread had mentioned things that weren't even mentioned in that link.

While I have not read those spoilers(and won't), blu, a person who has seen the film(the screening yesterday) has said most of the stuff is not accurate.

And you should try and avoid spoilers Blu, so you can experience the film and what it does without knowing how it all plays out beat for beat. While it will still be enjoyable, you miss out on being surprised or any feeling real suspense.

pretty much the greatest year ever to be a comic fan

the conclusion of batman's journey

the grand culmination of four years worth of avengers build-up movies

spidey's rebirth in capable hands

compared to last year where all we had were two decent build-up movies to the Avengers, a decent X-Men prequel/reboot, and the Green Lantern which couldn't make enough green for Warner.

There's actually more review quotes out there, and they are already wanting to make me see the movie even more...I also posted an IMAX TV Spot video earlier.

Who else is watching the first two in the hours before it comes out?

Raise your hands.

also, the dark knight only got a 82 on metacritic, so nobody freak if it's not scoring 90s.

Should've clarified that she didn't want to do that and said she would meet me for the midnight viewing. I didn't feel right about leaving her to drive by herself that late.

Based on the spoiler article (I haven't seen the movie), I think that it's darker and more epic than the Dark Knight. I also think that Bruce Wayne/ Batman will resonate with viewers more than he did in TDK. In a nutshell, I think it's better.

Already rewatching them.

Metacritic has far less reviewers while rottentomatoes has a lot more, in fact The Dark Knight is 94% on there from near 300 reviews.

Really hope he shows what he can do here.

To answer the poll, it is the Joker and it's not even close. Heath Ledger's Joker is one of the greatest performances I have EVER seen. It ranks up there with Brando, De Niro, Day Lewis etc. It was that damn good. If it weren't for his name being in the credits, I would not have believed it were Heath Ledger.

I didn't even know about a second batman movie until his death. I didn't know what to expect tbh. When they showed the picture of him as the Joker, I thought he looked badass for a movie villain, but I also wasn't a fan of his look as the Joker. I didn't like that his skin was normal color with some face makeup, but after the first few minutes of seeing the movie, I no longer cared. I knew he was a good actor because of movies like Brokeback Mountain, but I didn't know he was that good. I hated Batman Begins, and after initially being disappointed with look/choice, I can say that I was dead wrong with my initial impressions. I'm sure the same will happen with this movie. I wasn't a fan of the way Bane looked, but I'm sure once I see the movie I won't care. The director clearly knows what he is doing, and I shouldn't doubt him.

[QUOTE="Travo_basic"]He certainly surprised. Do you remember what you thought when you first heard that he was cast?Serraph105
I honestly didn't know that much about Ledger before TDK.

He just finished Brokeback Mountain and was considered too serious for the role. Most people were looking for a Jim Carrey type to play the Joker. lol

If only Bane wasn't chosen.
