The GiantBomb is about to blow!!

from what i've seen from GB so far, it isn't especially impressive...one of the things i don't quite like is how they cover relatively less on pc gaming.

but yea, still wish them a smooth launch. :)

i would really like to know just what kinda future the guys have planned for GB..is it gonna an indie blog sorta thing? would there be services comparable to other gamesites like demo and video downloads? are they expanding the team?

Seems like it fully crashed now

All I get are blank white pages

First impressions:

The site doesn't blow me away or anything, the layout and themes are a bit bland. It looks like it will be more community driven with the wiki style pages and more user contributions. I don't like the way you have to upload images rather than link a URL and where are the sigs? What I like most about GS are users' graphics but it seems to be missing. I've only had a cursory look round as the site is incredibly slow at the moment and you're lucky if you get a page to loadso will reserve full judgement until its running properly.

If I'm being a total dunce and you can link URLs and make a sig can someone point me in the right direction.

Also, what would you do if someone registered on GB with your GS username? I'd laugh if someone signed up as all the famous GS names lol

Ugh...I go to bed at 3:15am and it launches at 3:30am. Oh well, atleast I got up to check it at 5:40am and created an account.
