So today at school my teacher said that in the future, humans will have mixed so much that everyone will look the same. Then, because their isn't much genetic variety, it will be like having babies with a cousin or sister.

I believe it's pretty much well known in science circles that the human genome has very little variety anyway between all the different races - and the current theory is that the human race almost became extinct some time in the distant past, with as low as 10,000 remaining on the planet - probably due to some natural disaster. That is the only way they can account for such a lack of genetic diversity among us. I'd hunt up the relevant articles, but that's what Google's for, so do your own research on this.
Therefore, your teacher's theory just does not hold any water. Because if there were as few as 10,000 humans in the past, and there are 6+ billion of us now, it simply does not add up that a lack of genetic diversity will lead to our extinction.
A far more worrying issue, in my view, is the increasing occurrence of low fertility, miscarriages and premature births among our species. If these trends were to continue, then I think we would have something more serious to worry about.
As for the future of the human race, we will continue to evolve and adapt to our environment, so in a million years we'll be something quite different. The human race as we are now will probably not exist, but that is the natural order of things, and we'll all be dust anyway. So why worry?
