it's possible, in fact it's already being worked on. it's just that it's unlikely that AIDS (or HIV to be accurate) was made by humans becuase it was first reported in the 50's, long before any of those things you linked existed.

But I doubt it, because if someone could figure out how to create it someone else would have found the cure by now. If it was man made another man would have found the cure by now.

Well in order to believe this, you would need to assume that something like the Bubonic plague. Septicemic plague, and the Pneumonic plague that have been around for Centuries and are a hell of a lot meaner then AIDS would have also been engineered by humans.

And I am not sure if the technology was around in 541 AD in Egypt and Greece.

If bacteria strains proved to develop into something that deadly over the course of Human evolution, why would we assume that something like AIDS is man made?

Heck, even some Influenza pandemic have had a much more deadly result on a human population thousands of years before AIDS.
