Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father. You will cry.sammyjenkis898Indeed. I was a total wreck at the end.
I would also like to add the ending of Paths of Glory.

Grave of the Fireflies has been the only movie to really make me cry. :X, I'm not sure what did it. I think it was a combination of the music, the artistry, and the fact that well....for anyone who has watched it, you know how it ends.Lethalhazardi heard a good way to put that movie, its one of the best movies that i never want to see again Haha I still like to rewatch it every year or so. It's depressing as hell but there was a lot of attention to detail in the film that you might not catch the first couple of times. Love the painterly backgrounds too.
I know I never want to watch it again, its too damn much!
oh another shout out to Mary and Max
I haven't cried in any movie, but the ones that have been close are: Million Dollar Baby, The Iron Giant, Toy Story 3, Up and probably Man on Fire (what can i say, the whole give your life for someone else usually gets me...and Dakota Fanning was adorable in that movie).

Wrong, the las scene will indeed make you cry, but those tears are so manly, they cannot be considered tears.

Haha, you cried for a machine. Me, personally, I thought the scene was epic. That a machine could make such a human decision. It didn't make me cry, but it sure made me respect the machine.Haha, you cried for a machine. Me, personally, I thought the scene was epic. That a machine could make such a human decision. I could understand that. I probably would have cried if it happened to me personally, and I'm not one for crying.

there is literally nothing sad about the end of terminator 2I seriously doubt that you have any right to criticize someone else choice when you on your previous post not only you didn't mention a movie, but you also mentioned a scene so cliched and overused in Anime it's kind of regular by now and is not by any means the saddest part of Naruto.
Anyway, yeah, the scene might not be sad but it feels Epic like someone else mentioned before and it really makes you feel for the character, specially since he is a machine and he is not able to understand human emotions yet he is doing what it takes to prevent Judgment Day even if it means its own destruction.
I lost.I seriously doubt that you have any right to criticize someone else choice when you on your previous post not only you didn't mention a movie, but you also mentioned a scene so cliched and overused in Anime it's kind of regular by now and is not by any means the saddest part of Naruto.

I had a tear drop after the first 10 minutes of Up. Otherwise, that's all I can recall in recent memory.

"I'm not crying, my eyes are just sweaty." *sniff*And according to this topic, Click is one of the most saddest movies of all time. I knew i wasn't the only one to almost cry during that movie. I was watching it with my family and i was trying so damn hard to not tear up.Drakes_Fortuneclick is a terrible movie
I've read this book at least 4-5 times, what's your point? Even studied it in English a long time ago.Ironbashand the movie made you cry

I know the book was one of the most emotional I've read, but I wanted to see a visual representaion and I felt malkovich potrayed a perfect representation of Lennie.
But yes, everyone knows how the book had the best portrayal of the last scene, where George actually thought about the times with Lennie and almost hesitated to pull the trigger, only until he could hear them coming did he do it. It doesn't mean that the film was bad. As already mentioned, I know the ending was rushed, which was otherwise a fantastic film.
In the end, it wasn't a bad film at all and shouldn't be degraded because the book was superior.
