But still. People hate each other, people cause war, people kill, people hate, people fight, people hurt. Those are all things people created. People destroy trees so we could have a place to live, or use for firefood. We all use the Earth for something, and most of it is in a bad way.

But then you wouldn't be here. and nothing would matter. how could you care about 'earth' more than humanity. in the grand scheme of things the universe doesn't care if we're here wrecking this meaningless little planet. the human race is the best thing this planet has to offer-conciousness is rare.

If I werent' here, I wouldn't be having this discuss with you on why I put people, and you wouldn't care. I care more about humanity, but I was just saying if people weren't here, nothing would be as worse as it is now. And it's not just the best, it's also the worst.

This is not justification - I'm religious (very much so). It does not mean I agree with these leaders of religion. Religion does a lot of good in the world also. Would you be willing to get rid of all the goodreligion does as well??? Why not just say ' I would want all the bad to go away?? Religion itself is not bad - Choices people and leaders make are.

No it's not, if you don't believe in an after life you try to live your life to attain as much as you can, atheism promotes greed.

This is not justification - I'm religious (very much so). It does not mean I agree with these leaders of religion. Religion does a lot of good in the world also. Those are all things people created Indeed, all things we created, proud of it all. People destroy trees so we could have a place to live, or use for firefood trees grow anew, circle of life. We all use the Earth for something, and most of it is in a bad way I wouldnt say that; there are issues we need to clear up, but just look around...the majority of people live in harmony with nature, at least outside of big cities.

If you want to look at the bad, thats fine. But be fair, be balanced; look at the good, too.

You make a good point. But the only thing I was saying, was that without people, we wouldn't have alot of the bad stuff we do now. We wouldn't have to clean things up, or live in harmony with nature.
