Well let's look at what happens in today's society.
If the woman doesn't want the child, but the man does, the man has no say and the child probably will be aborted.
If the woman wants the child, but the man doesn't, the man still has no say and the child will be born. Then, he will probably be forced to pay the high costs of child support.
In either situation, once a child is conceived, the man has no choice on any matter from that day onward and will be forced to deal with the repercussions.

1. It is the women's body and her choice wether or not she wants to have a child. She is the one that gets pregnent.

its still the mans kid....if she didnt want to get pregnant she could use birth control or tell the guy to use a condomAre people stuck on birth control? Really? They could have used male and female condoms, the pill, the sponge, etc. etc. and still could have gotten pregnant (highly highly unlikely, but the point still stands). It definitely is her body, and by no means am I wanting to have control over it, but you do have to realize that like I said, once a child is conceived, a man has no choice, before or after the child's birth.
