Today, I saw a guy pee, flush, and walk away without washing his hands!

[QUOTE="Pirate700"]He has to touch the door handle to get in and out of there. The bacteria is also in the air. It's not his junk or pee that you need to worry about (unless he has an std but lets not go there).

Pirate700

You'd have to touch the handle even if you did wash your hands. I don't get why people don't wash their hands either, its just that i was kinda surprised at all of the comments saying the would never buy from the buther again.

I think you may underestimate how easy it is to spread or catch a virus. Hell, as I type, I myself am overcoming food poisoning (go figure).

You didn't address the fact that he will make contact with the bathroom door handle as he leaves even if he did wash his hands. seems to me that there is no way to avoid this contamination that you speak of.

Anyway hope you get better.;)

I usually use my foot to open the door if possible or grab a paper towel to put over the door handle as I exit the restroom. Yes, I am paranoid.

It's true he still has to touch the handle anyway but washing his hands still greatly decreases the odds of spreading anything. And thanks for the wishes. :D

I think what is far worse is if the man pees, misses the toilet, and then doesnt wash his hands. I've seen that plenty of times.

The guy should atleast clean the toilet seat before he goes. I hate cleaning pee off of it:evil:

One time I was in the bathroom and a guy came in, washed his hands first, took a piss then just walked out. I was like WTF?

Pirate700

If you work with chemicals washing before is more important. If you work at an industrial plant then you may end up with you cock melting and dripping down your leg. Also swab experiments have been done and people's hands are far dirtier than their nads.

This was in the school bathroom. He wasn't working with chemicals.

He still could've had something dirty on his hands, a lot of men just don't wash their hands after they pee out of habit.

My mom once bought food from a grocery store where it turns out one of the employees spread some sort of virus(I cant remember what now) to some of the fruits and vegetables because he didn't wash his hands after using the toilet. It was bad enough that a PSA was made about it and there were clinics opened up specifically for people to get vaccinations for the infection.

This type of thing is very serious and if I had been in your position I most certainly would have reported him. If you're afraid of being called a snitch or something most workplaces have some sort of annonymous reporting box or email to allow employees to report theft or misconduct. You should look to check if your workplace has such a system.

No, but I do have...PURPLE SODA!

Fear the purple!

When me and my fellow friends were inventing "coking" we often thought "wouldn't a more distinctly colored soda work better?" but our battle cry was "you just got coked!" and we figured if we used "grape" soda we'd have to say "you just got graped!" which was clearly unappropriate at 3 in the morning while panicly shaking and throwing sodas down on some one's driveway.

So, go ahead and "grape me".

I seriously have to explain to you why kids should be raised to wash their hands after using a bathroom? And their junk isn't the only thing that is coming in contact with their hands in a bathroom.

You don't have to explain anything to me. Multiplestudies have shown that the toilet and the toilet handle are no dirtier than other common household items (eg the very keyboard you just used to type that). There's no need to wash your hands, and just because you don't wash them doesn't mean you were raised improperly...

One time I was in a bathroom and some dude didn't wash his hands. I walk out of the bathroom the same time he did and I see him walking to his girlfriend to hold hands with her. And he's all touchy with her too (not inappropriately). I was like "eww, poor girl". Nasty. I wouldn't ever do that with my girlfriend. :P

I wasn't comparing it to food products..? And I don't eat my toilet either....:?:| Your bathroom doesn't contain anything dirtier than most household items that most people repeatedly touch without washing. I was mostly talking about just going to the bathroom at home and on the go. Of course if you are working with food that will be served to others, you should wash your hands (not as big of a deal with a butcher as the meat will be cooked anyways), still doesn't change the fact that a bathroom contains less bacteria than many household items. And, again, just because you think it's unsanitary doesn't mean it means you were raised poorly.

That is one of my biggest pet-peeves among people. Wash your hands. It's truly disgusting if you don't.

He was probably drunk. I know I don't care when I'm drunk.

he held his penis without washing his hands and moments later, he firmly grasped the meat he cut that could be in your sandwich today.

Well considering his penis has been concealed in his pants all day (most likely unless this is a weird grocery store), where there is very little external dirt and grime I would assume it's most likely pretty clean. In fact his face, hands and arms are probably twice as dirty as his private areas.

If you properly wash your hands and dry them off properly you don't need to worry.

You know what I find hilarious. Automatic soap dispensers. It's suppose to keep contaminants from spreading, if your about to wash your hands with soap, why does it matter?
