Yeah he did that. You know what else he did? He pissed on a woman who may have had children, a husband, grandchildren (she was 50 something).

People she loved and who loved them.

It would be hard enough to hear that your mother died not to mention some ****er pissed on her rather than help her as she was dying.

Unfortunately in Canada (i know this was in the UK but i assume its similar) we have a smatarian act which allows citizens to not get involved with an injured person.

Yes. WTF why not help a dying person. If I saw a woman lying in the street dying and a guy was pissing on her. I would imediately get that pyscho away from her in any way possible, with lethal force if necessary, and call 911. Anyone who did any less deserves to be shot in the gut and allowed to bleed to death.

It's too late to help the lady, but you can still **** the guy up if you feel that strongly about it. There's nothing stopping you from buyiung a plane ticket, kidnapping the guy, and then torturing him to death.
