US to attack Iran on the 6th of April...?

What do you guys think? Would they actually do it? I could post 100's of sites..but you need only google, really. What do you think Russia means by..."If the US doesn't back out from the attack, there will be serious concequences that may lead to 'world' disorder"? - This is not a direct quote...this is just an example....this is what Russia said. They threatened the US...they've some balls if you ask me.

What what I inferred, Russia pretty much threatened that they will attack "something" if the US goes on with it's plan. This really would mean WW3....there is really no doubt. a55assin

Aside from the fact that April 6th is Good Friday, and knowing the current administration there's no way they'd plan an attack coinciding on a Christian holiday, this quote made the entire article lose credibility. The US would never use a tactical nuke for something like this. That's like saying "Can we please start WWIII now? pleeeeeeeeeeeease?" for something as small as disabling a facility that could otherwise be destroyed by just tossing down a few conventional weapons instead.

And even supposing this was actully slated to happen, its probably been cancelled now that the news is out.

It's not like the russians are supplying the other countries with arms like they did with the vietcong.....the vietcong was a guerilla group not a nations army....

First you're trusting something that has been translated from english to russian back to english (at least).

Second military documents don't work like that.  They either have dates, or plans not a both (unless somebody has really, really screwed up).

My guess is the plans mentioned they could be implimented as soon as april 6, and somebody misread it or translated it wrong.
