I went over mt friends house yesterday to play some Battle Revolution on the Wii. Everyone in my neighborhood played pokemon and knew i was one of the best players around. On my way home, i saw this kid i really hated named Peter. He also plays pokemon, but he never beat me. So he has a huge grudge on me and stuff. As he approached me, everyones eyes followed. Then he called out to me and said "Hey nub, you wanna battle?". As i put on my glasses i said "Ok, lets battle!". He slowly pulled out his Ds. It was a single battle with 3 pokemon each.
My first pokemon was an Garchomp, his was a Magmortar. My Garchomp used Dragon Rush on Magmortar and it was a One hit K-O. The fire in his eyes burned. "you hacked dat Garchomp u luser!". "You're just mad cause i pwned ur Magmortar, so shut up and choose ur next poke." His next pokemon was a fear ratatta. "you use FEAR pokemon, your such a luser!" said one of the kids waching this intense battle. I switched my pokemon and used my Arcanine. His Ratatta used Endeaver, while my Arcanine used Flamethrower. We both had one HP left.
"Say good-bye to ut Arcanine luser" said Peter. "Not so fast" i said as my Arcanine used extreme speed. Ratatta fainted. This battle was getting intense, everyone thought it would just be another easy victory for me. Then he smirked. I felt a little un-easy. Peter wasn't the type of player to have an ace in the whole. "Im tired of losing to you, and im going to make sure that never happens again!"
Then he sent out Arceus holding a Fire Plate. "Yo, WTF!" The crowd said. "you little cheater, u used hax to get ur arceus, nub" i said. I felt scared, i never went up against that before. My Arcanine used Overheat, but it didn't do much. Then his arceus used hyper beam, and killed Arcanine. I sent Garchomp back out. I used Earthquake, and it was Super effective. His Arceus fought back with Judgement and destroyed Garchomp. This has never happened to me before, i never was put in a position like this. It was time to send out my secret weapon, i sent out Darkrai.
I used Darkvoid to put him to sleep, and with his special ability, it hurts him in his sleep. When he finally woke up, a third of his hp was gone. He used Judgement on him, and almost wiped him out. "Ok, time to end this!" i said. I used dark void once more to put him to sleep, then i used dream eater. He had very little hp left. "You better not finish me off! , if you do, ill break my Ds from the anger!" Peter said. Then i said "You should've thought about that before acting like a nub and using hax". My Darkrai finished off his Arceus with Dark Pulse. I did my victory pose and said "you just got pwned..." He yelled, and he screamed with anger. And then with my own eyes, saw him smash his Ds on the floor.
I felt dead inside from that point on. Was i right to beat him? Should i have let him win?
