Shhh! This is going to get ugly. :P[QUOTE="tenaka2"][QUOTE="ShadowsDemon"] Not true. It's about your level of control and feelings. It's easy to be attracted to a member of the same sex. It's just about if you take action or not.ShadowsDemon
Have you been attracted to members of the same sex?
Yes, I have. I've decided not to pursue it, though. And for the other statement, you seemed to confuse my opinion on the topic with religion (which isn't connected) and then you deem that something un-natural automatically means wrong. Whilst your at it, answer this: If homosexuality is natural, then why isn't there, as Jon Snow says, "a place to put it?" Especially between females...There are several places to put it and the female pleasure center isexternal. I am not going to get into the range of options that are available for any gender mix as I might get banned.
Have you had much experience sexually?
I admire you for holding strong to your beliefs regarding the first issue.

No.kalparunSo we shouldn't judge someone if it hurts their feelings? I have no idea how you got that from what I wrote. My point is that people should mind their own business. If you don't like homosexuality, fine, but don't act as if someone's sexual orientation is a big deal. It's on the same level as someones taste in beer.

I thought things that were ture had to be supported by evidence and observation. Have you observed millions of people being homosexual by choice?
Where do feelings and emotions come from? If you are biologically (and now we are talking about genetics) inclined to be attracted to the same sex or both sexes the sensation is accompanied by feelings, attraction, emotion. Many philosophers (Kant comes to mind) worst nightmare is the idea of being the victim of our emotions because that implies that we have no control. There is a thing called rationalism which talks about choices and looking at things from a distance (contemplation followed by a specific action), this is something that animals don't have(not in the same way we can at least). So humans can transcend if they wan't to there biological imprints that pushes them towards a certain sex, if that is a rational thing to do is another question, but if it results from a choice made rationally I would say yes though it is open for debate because I am not sure of that yes.

I imagine he has been vigorously observing as many homosexuals as possible over the internet in order to support his findings.

Kan't be done.
Being gay is a choice. There is nothing natural about it.Jebus213Of course it is a choice. But there's nothing wrong with that, so I say let them be gay.
I don't understand why it is so hard to even admit it is a choice in the first place? You hear people all the time, it's not a choice, i didn't choose to be gay , it's genetic, and stuff like that.
"Oh I don't want to be gay it just happens that I really love co*k." Oh sh!t you don't say.
It seems to me that me that many use it as an excuse or like they are ashamed of it. It's 2012 people, wake the fuk up! But in a way it's understandable, because of the society we live in. Everytime some celebrity comes out of the closet the media goes nuts about it.
"Breaking News: Ricky Martin is gay .... worldwide mass suicides follow".
So yes, we should be happy for them cause they have the right to be happy too.

Oftentimes, when rations choice attempts to override natural instinct, frustration, anxiety and depression results. Someone who as the natural attraction to the same sex who chooses to have a heterosexual relationship will always have an internal conflict, conscious or unconscious. There are people who might be able to deal with such a conflict, but I would not.
