lol, actually I like metal but Im taking a break from it.
EDIT: you might like some of his songs just check his album.
A friend of mine at school had me listen to a few of his songs (in 4000 kb/s FLAC too :o ). They were definitely good, but the songs weren't quite my thing, I'm afraid. I enjoyed them, but not enough to make me want to get the album.[QUOTE="HAZE-Unit"]

For me I remember most of the time I listened to mainstream metal like Metallica, Aerosmith is amazing, scorpions, Evanescence, linkin park, ...etc.
Paramore is great too.
I discovered Both linkin park and Evanescence even beforeI knew about them and before watching them on tv on their respected time of debut, I went to my friends and was like "hey I found this new band called linkin park/evanescenceis great band, go check their albums" lol and when they became famous I was bragging like Im the one who brought them to mainstream

I wouldn't exactly cIassify the Scorpions as "metal" (I'd call them hard rock), but they're definitely one of my top ten favorite bands. Not a big fan of Linkin Park or Evanescence, though :P
My favorite band is Nevermore, for the record. All of their albums (that I have) are just so amazing. Especially The Politics of Ecstasy.
I'm not too familiar with Paramore, though...it never popped up on my Pandora station :P
wow, thats awesome.[QUOTE="HAZE-Unit"]

Next in Line (my favorite)

Sentient 6 (really shows off the vocalist's abilities)
This Godless Endeavor(another one of my favorites)

Warrel Dane is definitely my favorite vocalist out there, no doubt whatsoever. It was what got me interested in the band to begin with as well.
And I know who Malmsteen is (mostly because he has an amazing name :P ), but I haven't looked into him too much. I do know, however, that he plays cIassically inspired metal, which is something that I might be very interested in (I love cIassical music). Any specific album recommendations?

These are the best imo, I hope I didn't forget about some other good albums too.
Mines atm is Four Year Strong-Rise or die trying.
Not been out my stereo since November LOL.But i think its an awesome album especially after buying it at merch just after seeing them live supporting New Found Glory. Also met the lead singer and he has the same name as me :D
The thing i love about Metal albums,is the artwork AwesomeFor me, its Incorrigible Bigotry by Arghoslent. I think this might be my favorite album of all time
Juggernaut140
The most as of right now would be:
The Doors - The Doors
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon
Others would be:
Nirvana - Nevermind, In Utero and Unplugged
Pearl Jam - Ten
Coldplay - A Rush of Blood to the Head, X&Y and Viva La Vida
Kanye West - Graduation
The Mars Volta - De-loused In The Comatorium
Linkin Park - The Hybrid Theory
Alice In Chains - Unplugged
Recently, I've been listening to this way too much. Not that that's a bad thing...
The one I've listened to more than anything else ever must surely be...
just got this and its amazing. but my all time most listened to is either nirvana's mtv unplugged in new york or radiohead's ok computerAs of late, this.
It is, without question, one of my favorite albums of all time.
The_Game21x
I don't really listen to albums. I listen to my Ipod and the songs are always shuffled. One minute I am listening to Insane Clown Posse, the next I am listening to Slayer, then next could be The Who.

The last temptation - Alice Cooper Flaming Armaggedon - Iced EarthNevlimIs that King Diamond in your sig? If so, is he and his band still around? I wouldn't mind listening to something current from him. He was a nut back when I was a kid.
