i am not! im pretty depressed right now. it sucks. i hate this feeling. This always gives me a chuckle. Hope it helps.I usually scribble and doodle all over my drawing book when I'm depressed. Hanging out with friends, going for a walk or just heading to the nearest park to chill out are other options. It'sbetter when you have a pet of some sort though. I prefer dogs or cornsnakes; theytend totake my mind off of being depressed as well.
Confront it. Talk about it with someone close, like a family member. If you can't help yourself (listening to music, exercise, etc), by not going to someone else, you risk having to receive professional help. It's not fun.

Thats exactly what you're like
Realize there is nothing you can do about yesterday and dont know whats going to happen tommorrow. So can spend today remembering how depressed you were yesterday, and worried tommorrow you will be depressed about today..
OR...
Just be yourself even if no one gives a damn about you since if you follow your own path you will always have yourself to lean on. Without fail! Your never going to find things to make you happy if you never took the time lately to "find" what makes you happy to begin with.
I vent (this can involve anything from crying, screaming into a pillow or playing guitar aggressively) and then try to sleep it off. Sometimes though I can't even get out of bed when I'm depressed. Thankfully my cat understands these phases and lays by my side. The sweetness of that usually cheers me up a little :P
I like to feel sorry for myself. I act like an attention whore in my own room with nobody around talking to myself.
