What do you think is the wolrds best military(s)?

I think America has the best, I know theres England and Isreal too but ours is much bigger plus we have the Marine core, a smaller more elite army that runs on its own.

Ya, they got about 10,000 more nukes than the US. Why do think the US is always going nutz about Russia. What the hell are they planning to do with all those nukes!? Chinese got the manpower, but equipment is outdated..I'm hearing. I read recently that the Chinese have increased spending on weapons.

Yeah it is huge but our forces are better, plus, I mean like, its not that the numbers wouldn't matter because China still does have a good army but our forces are the best equipped and have the best training and gear ETC.

The UK has a marine core too you know. Plus we have the SAS, arguably the best special forces unit in the world.

And as for the nukes. Does it really matter? So Russia can destroy the world 10 times over whilst the poor USA can only destroy it 5 times over awwwww... :roll:

UK and Isreal are really good like the USA, but are not big as America, and could no way match China in size.

Hmm, I'd say USA and UK are matched with both, but since the USA is alot bigger...

1. U.S. (how can anything else be #1?)

2. UK (great projection power)

3. Russia (not sure,China ranks on the same level but trades quality for quantitiy)

4. [Germany/France/India=untested]

5. Israel (obvious one of the best)

6. Iran/ Egypt (large # of reserves/ [Egypt] has a air force that is near west european standards)

As you can see, there is no exact list possible without study of each county's capacities. Its obvious that the U.S. and UK are on top, but the rest are controversal and subject to change.

Yes but if v\both militarys are equally supplied and trained, the only real advantage is that the UK has the SAS, but America is alot bigger, its one thing for a small elite force to slaughter a gigantic poorly trained poorly equipped force, but if both sides are well trained and well equiped the bigger one will win.

America has better quality training and weapons.

The Israeli army is one of the best trained in the world...though they are obviously too small to take on the US or China. As for the most powerfull...either the good'ole USA or China.

Have to agree with you there. Although I'm sure a very talented commander would be able to pull it off. It's not very likely but I'm sure that it's at least possible.

For training and equitment I'd equal out America UK and Isreal but America is ALOT bigger.

But Germany while having a small force has some of the best equitment and weapons on the planet but that really doen't make them better than USA or UK.
