Im glad there are other that accept me for my um , i cant spell the word.

I think they are pretty fair and do the best they can considering that offensive stuff can sometimes be pretty relative and it isn't always easy to figure out a person's intentions by just looking at text. They don't have the luxury of hearing a person's tone or seeing their facial expressions (and no, the emoticons don't count :P )
