I only watch a movie 3+ hours if it is really really good. Like Dune (miniseries), Lord of the Rings, Hamlet (the latest production with David Tennant), etc.

My money is on either Pearl Harbor, Titanic or the 3rd Pirates movie. I couldn't make it through any of these but the last and that's only because I was in the movie theater. But I could not tell you the plot of it if you put a gun to my head, that is how little impression it made.
Cast Away. Ok ok, it was a pretty good movie, but it just bored me after a while. Edit: And apparently it bored me so much I thought it was 40 minutes longer than it was..-_-. Well I dunno, I'm gonna stick with that choice. Or..How long was that dreaful Transformers movie? Ugh..
It is only 2 hours long but I tried watching Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World 3 times and fell asleep each time.

I simply adore that film. The first time I watched that I had no idea what it was like other than that it was branded boring by many people. I was entranced.
There was this one movie... I honestly can't think of the name to it (saw it as a child) about a bunch of little people (not midgets... much smaller) that came on two VHS tapes, it might have been called 'the littles' but I can't seem to find a live-action movie by that name. If it truly exists, and not a figment of my imagination, it is the worst movie I've ever seen, was probably 3 hours long, and I want it to die.
The non 3d version of Avatar, although I admit that I did fall asleep for about 10 minutes during Avatar in theaters when it was in 3d. My brother accurately described Avatar as "Disney's Pocahantus in Space".

I was thinking that movie too, at one point, since the concept is very similar... but I got the movie 4-5 and that came out when I was 7. That movie looks fun in comparison, it has john goodman in it. :(
... God I really wanted to finish that movie because its such a big important piece of film history but I just couldnt do it.
And its not like I cant sit through a long movie Amadeus is my favorite movie ever lol and its 3 hours. But thats because it was 3 hours of glory and not just boring blablabla talk
