You're kidding me right?

It is a wicked riff, and it is your favorite...but in terms of skill, it takes none to play.

There was a Solo in that song?

Technically no, but the beginning is something that I've always considered a solo.

Your not talking about the C and F he plays are you. just the 2 notes, or the chords at the start as well?

I'm talking about the power chords at the very beginning of the song. As I said, technically it isn't a solo, but I've always considered it one.

It's just the opening riff...

It's a tie between: Rage Against the Machine - Calm Like a Bomb Nirvana - Smells Like Teen Spirit

Really?  I would consider the Power chords at the start of In Bloom to be way better than Teen Spirit

I think I'm the only one who prefers Stevie Ray Vaughn's rendition of that song, compared to Hendrix's.

Yeah, I like Hendrix's more. SRV certainly isn't shabby though

No, there's a solo after the second chorus.

I don't like Whitesnake, but THIS VIDEO shows why I'm into everything else John Sykes has been involved with.

He has very few flaws. He has chops, melodic sense, emotion, and he's a damn good rhythm player as well. Just listen to that vibrato...

I know, he's talking about the "solo" at the begginning of the song, which is just a riff.
