I sway between Christianity and kind of a non-denominational "my own thoughts" about God. Sometimes I doubt some of the aspects of the Christian message, like non-belief in Jesus sends you to Hell. I mean, what if someone grew up in a remote tribal village in the Amazon, believed in whatever native religion that he was taught, and died of old age, never hearing anything about Jesus in his life. Why should that person go to Hell?Cube_of_MooNVery good point. I'm a Christian btw.
I do not believe that there is enough proof available to prove or disprove the existence in any God(ess) or Gods(esses)HybridPhoenixagreed

According to the Bible, everyone will hear about the Bible, and if they don't--they will go to heaven.
Atheist
whats the difference between agnostic, anyway?

agnostic means that you don't discredit the fact that god does exist.

actually you don't have to believe in Jesus to be saved. If you are offered the opportunity and you willingly turn it down after being taught then you may not be saved. But if you live in a remote village, and lived a good life God will show mercy and save that person he's a loving God and doesn't want people to go to hell.

I've never heard that before, but if it is true, I guess that solves that issue partially. But then I bring in another example. What if a person grew up in Communist Russia, was taught religion was a lie his entire life, believed it because he grew up learning it as fact, never really thought about it much, DID hear of the Bible, and then died of old age. This is just one example of the issues I have with Christianity, but this spefific issue bothers me the most.

That was how he was raised. His mind was dilluted so he is incapable of believing that religion is truth. IF someone was raised believing a certain way and taught never to sucome to it then God can show forgivness and let him into heaven.. Just as long as he wan't just a terrible person and did bad things for fun and what not!
none, im athiest, but im not an @$$ about it, i hate it how most athiests think theyre the best kind of person in the worldsovereign_22
I can respect that. I also dislike those people you mention, as I know many personally... I've learned not to say "God" around them...
I hold a rather odd set of beliefs that I haven't been able to sum up in one word yet. Basically, I believe in alternate dimensions, but there are some other tenents I adhere to.rinkegekido2110
Theory of Relativity??
I'm a Muslim, ie, my religion is Islam. Why? I believe that Qur'an is the final Word of God to mankind. I also believe, that the Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) was the mouthpiece of God, whom was chosen to deliver God's Word. I believe he is the "Seal of the Prophets", in other words, the prophet whom has brought to us the final creed, before which was the creed of Adam, Noah, Moses, Abraham, Jesus, and the ones in between (pbut).
My belief in this is stronger then any other belief I hold. Brillance that is only accelerated the more I learn about this Dunya (this material life), through the sciences and through my readings of the Qur'an. More full of truth and realness then the impulses from my five bodily senses. Truth that can be felt by the soul.

maybe im agnostic, since i beleive that the human brain is too small to understand if theres a god, and how the universe was created
Atheist, although it technically isn't a religion. bededogI'd consider strong atheism to be, but most atheists i encounter are weak atheists
