What will you do if you can't get married?

What do you think you would do if you never got married? I know there are some people out there that never get married but have partners and stuff but I mean if you are heterosexual and/or not wanting to live with someone you're not married to. For me it's hard to think of. I guess I'd stay with my parents. Well, OT, what about you guys?

lol at the high percentage of posters who felt that getting a cat is the first thing that comes to mind when not getting married or rather the thread creator who put it in the poll. Anyway, I don't think everyone needs to get married and if you don't its no big deal and I also think if you find the right person you won't have the problems that other married couples do. I think it all comes down to what you feel you want and the understanding you have in yourself that will lead to getting that perfect person or having a worthwhile life by yourself. God.. everytime I talk about marriage I get all Dr. Phil..

In the highly unlikely event of that happening I would drink atleast a carton of grog a day, have indoor furniture outside, never recycle,

Nope. I lived alone. But, there's just no getting away from relatives. If they're not visiting, they're calling or writing. After I got married, all their pestering stopped.:lol:

I guess they were shocked with some of the women I associated with. So, they came up with their own recommendations. They came up with their classmates and friends, daughters of a friend of a friend of a friend...... You get the idea.

I'd buy a dog and live alone. I'd be one lonely and sad individual though.

Living the life of a bachelor would be fun

I would buy a cat even if I do get married. And I want to stay in school and adopt a child as well. I also don't want to live with my family forever. If anything, I would live alone.
