does it mean the storeis abouthim are slightly realer or does it mean his stories re completely fake.

I mean Jesus has not been proven to exist yet.

on the other hand it was said Jesus went to heaven and so his body is not on earth.

My God. Even when religious discussion threads have basically been outlawed in OT when one comes along that follows the new religious guidelines there are still people complaining.

Well, the first thing I would do is say "How in the world did they identify these bones with a specific man that lived 2,000 years ago?"

The resurrection of Christ is the very event that the whole of the Christian faith hangs upon, to paraphrase Paul. If Christ's skeleton were found, it would disprove Christianity, because then Christ did not raise from the dead.

Christianity would lose its credibiltiy, and people would have a good reason to not take it seriously. I think I remember someone say the Resurrection is the most important facet of Christianity. If Jesus did not rise from the dead, then people will laugh at Christians. It's that important.

It wouldn't prove that Jesus didn't rise from the dead. Nowhere is it stated that he physically does so.

Yeah, I said it!... Then God thought it sounded good so He told Paul to put it in the Bible. (jk, Lord)

Someone would be stupid enough to buy a "genuine" skeleton of Jesus off of Craigslist. Factually there is NO way it could be proven to legit.

I also believe that the spirit, soul or however you wanna name it lives on after the death of the material body. That means that even if Jesus died physically (meaning his body was fatally wounded) he still lives on in a spiritual form in heaven. So I believe there is life after death so I am an optimist. This means that even after my physical brain will be destroyed I believe I will still survive physical death in a spiritual or ghostly form in the next world.

Not sure. I do believe Jesus was a real person, just not the son of God/God. Proof that he existed probably wouldn't change my views at all.

That's debatable. Though scholoars believe the chances of a Jesus that was a Jewish priest probably is true there is no exact eveidences given to it outside the bible (3 or 4 but merely in passing) aside from a few writings here and there that in no way call him the Son of God or claim that he is what he allegedly say he was.

This. Unless archaeologists find something specific to associate the body with Jesus. Like a big sign pointing to the body saying "dis is jesuz gais"

I think there's already historical evidence to suggest that Jesus was a real person, but you're ever going to find any that proves he is divine.
