What would you give your life for ?

My girlfriend and my best friends, and maybe eliminating religion from the face of the earth (not so sure about that one though), nothing else is worth dying for.black_cat19

Thats freaking wrong, man. Though you said youre not so sure, so I guess youre with convincing that religion is a benificial force in the world.

I dont know where youre from, but in the US religion is definately a good thing. It does far more good than bad; often times, a church is the centerpiece of the community. They raise money for charity, host pasta feeds for the local high school sports team, provide services for the homeless, and even counsel families in more practical matters (I know of two prietsts that studied pschology at college).

Despite its past, the majority of modern religion does a lot of good. And you certainly cant hold the radical Islamic faith that has been plaguing isolated parts of the world accountable for the entirety of religion.

I imagine it would be something stupid and inconsequential, as with most things that people die over. Theres been only a handful of wars where there was any real meaning to them, and by a handful i mean less than I can count on one hand.

Hmmm. Death isn't something I 'fear', other than the obvious biological defenses i possess that make me fear pain and iminent oblivion.

I don't really know. I probably wouldn't give my life for too many other people. It really depends. If it was family, it would have to be some pretty serious stuff going down for me to sacrifice my life.
